Side Note: Nehemiah recorded 5 lists of names as follows:
    1. Chapter 3 - Names of the wall builders
    2. Chapter 7 - Names of those who came with Zerubbabel
    3. Chapter 10 - Names of those who signed the renewed covenant
    4. Chapter 11 - Names of those who relocated to Jerusalem or the
        villages
    5. Chapter 12 - Names of priests and Levites at various times.

I. \\#12:1-26\\ Register of the Priests and the Levites
    A. \\#1-7\\ The priests that came up with Zerubbabel
    B. \\#8-21\\ The Levites that came up with Zerubbabel
    C. \\#22-26\\ The Levites during the days of Eliashib
         a. Eliashib was the third high priest of the 2nd temple, the
             grandson of Jeshua.

Ne 12:10 And Jeshua begat Joiakim, Joiakim also
begat Eliashib, and Eliashib begat Joiada,

         b. He was mentioned by name as the high priest as early as
             Nehemiah 3.

Ne 3:1 Then Eliashib the high priest rose up
with his brethren the priests, and they builded
the sheep gate; they sanctified it, and set up
the doors of it; even unto the tower of Meah
they sanctified it, unto the tower of Hananeel.

        c. His "administration" was likely singled out because he was
            the current high priest.
        d. Chapter 13 will reveal that Eliashib was a corrupt high
            priest.

II. \\#12:27-47\\ Dedication of the Jerusalem Wall - This was
probably additional information about what had occurred during
the days of the celebration which started on the first day of
     the seventh month.
    A. \\#27\\ All the Levites were called to come to Jerusalem.
    B. \\#28-29\\ A children’s choir was formed.
    C. \\#30\\ Everyone and everything was purified.
    D. \\#31-37\\ Half of the company went to the right
    E. \\#38-39\\ Half went the other way.
    F. \\#40-42\\ And they praised God with trumpets \\#41\\ and
        singers \\#42\\.
    G. \\#43\\ And they offered many sacrifices and rejoiced.
    H. \\#44-47\\ And to be sure that such celebrations would be
possible in the future, Nehemiah again points out that people
were appointed to oversee the offerings to the temple which
supplied food to the Levites and priests. The details of
why, when, and how this appointment was made will be given in
        the next chapter.
