I. \\#9:1-38\\ A Psalm of Review
    A. \\#1-2\\ "in the twenty and fourth day of this month" - From
        the first day through the 24th, the people continued to
        worship God and read His Word.
    B. \\#3\\ They were reading for 1/4 of the day (probably about
        3 hours) and confessing for a 1/4 of the day.
    C. \\#4-5\\ Some of those helping Ezra wrote a Psalm which
        reviewed Israel history of sin and God’s mercy to them.
    D. \\#6-37\\ The Review
    E. \\#38\\ The men of Israel sign or seal the Psalm as a
        testimony that it is true.  No doubt, it was also a pledge
        that they would live to please God.
